Main Responsibilities: Network monitoring (OLT, Switches, Routers, and Links) Remote technical support and troubleshooting L2 and L3 fault analysis Ticket logging and tracking Support for field and engineering teams Requirements: TCP/IP networking knowledge Understanding of VLAN, PPPoE, DHCP, and DNS Experience with Internet Service Providers is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation: R$2.550,00 - R$3.125,78 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Internet allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
