




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for using measurement and modeling tools, analyzing projects, verifying structural and functional adaptations, and coordinating technical information for project production and assembly. Key Highlights: 1. Use Promob and AutoCAD tools for project measurement and modeling 2. Analyze and adapt architectural and technical projects 3. Coordinate information and documentation for assembly **Your daily responsibilities:** · Use the standard Promob measurement model to record measurements; · Open floor plans in Promob with points, openings, gypsum details, etc.; · Record measurements, highlighting what is required by the sales professional, and photograph the environments; · Analyze technical questionnaire information received with the client’s folder; · Analyze whether the original project underwent structural adaptations due to construction; · Verify whether the modular layout complies with existing appliances, hydraulic and electrical outlets, as well as finishes and accessories; · Evaluate product ergonomics and functionality; · Analyze final values to verify whether the value informed at the time of sale matches the verified value, using the system management revision report; · Assess whether third-party purchases are required and issue purchase orders accordingly; · Prepare the standard executive folder provided and review the information to ensure all items have been accounted for; · Request the document signed by the client and/or architect specifying dimensions, technical details, finishes, and important responsibility-related alerts; · Perform necessary imports and quotations for order submissions: · Prepare quotations in Cinex do meu jeito, local purchases, and special drawings (CAD); · Import project files into the FoccoLOJAS management system; · Verify the item list; · Prepare the standard technical folder provided in Storage; · Review the technical folder together with the assembly team, detailing components and special situations (with component list); · Visit assembly sites to better understand solution possibilities during inspection; · Participate in post-assembly inspections with the executive folder to identify errors (scheduling will be handled by the assembly supervisor); · Implement modifications requested during assembly using technical pages for assembly technicians; · Provide CAD drawings and specifications of required components when inspection errors occur; · Maintain a record of requests made during assembly in Trello. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in architecture, design, or related fields; · Postgraduate studies in related areas; · Proficiency in project modeling software (Promob and AutoCAD); · Knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop; · Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite; · Experience as a designer/project planner; · Knowledge of the high-end furniture market segment; · Understanding of lighting, electro-hydraulic systems, finishes, etc. **What We Offer:** · Health insurance plan · Dental insurance plan · SESC membership benefits · Birthday day off · Birthday coffee break Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.300,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance Selection Question(s): * Salary expectation Work Location: On-site
