Job Summary: Portonave is seeking a Shift Scheduler to handle employee support, shift scheduling, vacation planning, and timekeeping control. Key Highlights: 1. Employee support and assistance. 2. Review the job requirements below:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Familiarity with administrative routines; * Preferred: Knowledge of labor legislation. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with rotating weekend shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support and assistance to employees; * Prepare daily shift rosters for the operations department; * Plan and schedule vacations for the operations department; * Maintain and monitor electronic timekeeping data for the operations department and other company departments; * Enter paternity leave records into the Sênior System. **Internal Recruitment (in addition to the above requirements):** * Must be a regular Portonave or Iceport employee or intern for at least 6 months; * Must not have received any disciplinary action (suspension/written warning) within the past 12 months.
