




Responsible for monitoring the production flow in the plastic injection area, guiding and directing employees and necessary resources to meet established performance indicators, taking actions involving competent departments in case of issues, assisting in machine setup, equipment preparation, and other related activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform set up and adjustments on machines and equipment in the plastic injection production process, ensuring optimal operation at each production stage, reducing line stoppages, and improving the efficiency of OEE, quality, and delivery indicators. Organize and maintain the spare parts and tools cabinet, ensuring orderly storage and requesting replenishment when necessary. Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities, as well as improvements on machines and equipment; provide technical support to support areas; and perform other activities related to the production process. Create service orders (S.O.) in SAP, track service execution, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed correction or improvement. Conduct training for new and transferred employees, using standards and procedures aligned with the TLT (Training Learning Track) for respective workstations. Guide employees on safety documents such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis), safety labels, and safety cards, aiming to prevent risky behaviors or unsafe conditions in the section. Monitor routine management, participate in problem evaluation and defined action reviews, and assist in communicating information to team members within the area. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and general instructions regarding assigned tasks. Follow safety standards and procedures, correctly using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as specified in the JSA (Job Safety Analysis). Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to ensure they remain in perfect operating and usable condition.
