Mr. H is a platform dedicated to providing hosting services and digital solutions. With a focus on innovation and customer service, it aims to facilitate the online presence of businesses and individuals. **Responsibilities:** Gather analytical requirements from business areas. Build, model, and maintain organized and integrated databases. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. Extract and integrate data from multiple sources (ERPs, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.). Create and monitor logistical, commercial, financial, and operational indicators. Analyze trends and propose corrective or preventive actions. Support goal setting and forecasting based on data. Provide support to end-user departments in using dashboards and reports. Document business rules, analytical processes, and indicators. Promote a data\-driven culture within the company. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analysis Specialist, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Market Intelligence Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
