Customer service with effective communication and conflict resolution Cleaning Supervisor Location: Blumenau \- Centro Schedule: As described below **Schedule: 2:45 PM to 6:15 PM / 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday** **Requirements** Experience in cleaning; prior experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader **Responsibilities** Responsible for ensuring the quality of performed cleaning services, ensuring coverage of all designated areas according to required frequency, ensuring correct and economical use of cleaning equipment and supplies, monitoring staff conduct, and overseeing staff performance.
