Kuper is seeking an Integrated Management System Analyst to work at a multinational company specializing in machinery and equipment. MISSION: Ensure that the organization’s products, services, and processes comply with the established ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, aiming for customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the implementation and review of internal workflows and processes; * Analyze Integrated Management System (IMS) activities (improvements, nonconformities, risk management, documentation, and training); * Develop policies, procedures, and controls for the Integrated Management System; * Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, as well as integration of processes; * Verify proper functioning of control equipment and instruments; * Participate in audits and identify opportunities for improvement; * Support correct product certification and compliance with technical requirements; * Validate the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Policy with leadership; * Participate in onboarding new employees with focus on the IMS. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field; * Knowledge of implementing ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards; * Experience conducting internal and external audits and handling nonconformities.
