




Description: * Practical knowledge in technical support, infrastructure, networks, and systems; * Practical understanding of Windows Workstation and Linux Workstation; * Basic knowledge of Networks (IP, DNS, VLANs, ping, and tracert); * Basic knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, and permissions); * Understanding of Windows Server (concepts, logs, permissions, and simple roles); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (accounts, licenses, and initial administration); * Understanding of Azure AD and identity (introductory administration); * Basic knowledge of firewalls (FortiGate or Mikrotik). * Provide first- and second-level technical support, diagnosing and resolving incidents in user and infrastructure environments; * Collaborate with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, SAP, RPA, and other areas); * Monitor tickets, metrics, and SLAs, maintaining organization and service quality; * Perform troubleshooting in Windows and Linux Workstation environments, as well as in corporate systems and services; * Support basic administration of infrastructure environments, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Azure AD, and initial network validations; * Assist with known network and security configurations and adjustments (firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and connectivity); * Provide support for printers, data collectors, and corporate devices, as needed; * Contribute to documentation of technical procedures, solutions, and continuous improvements. 2512190202551927473
