




**Job Description:** We are looking for a professional passionate about people and customer service to work as a **Customer Experience Analyst**. This professional will be responsible for monitoring the customer journey, ensuring excellence in customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for process improvement, thereby strengthening the bond between the company and its customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the customer journey across all touchpoints; * Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback; * Monitor satisfaction metrics; * Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize the experience; * Develop customer delight and loyalty initiatives, in collaboration with management; * Partner with internal departments to resolve requests and align processes; * Support the preparation of reports and presentations on departmental results. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Relationship Management, or related fields—or currently pursuing such a degree; * Experience in customer service or relationship management roles; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical, empathetic, and results-oriented profile; * Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Office Suite). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the Formula Certa system; Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
