Job Summary: You will support the Controlling department with analyses of results, costs, revenues, and performance, building dashboards and automating data routines to generate insights and improve processes. Collaborative environment with opportunities for technical growth YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the **Controlling** department in analyzing results, costs, revenues, and performance. * Build and maintain **management dashboards and reports**, focusing on KPIs. * Automate data monitoring routines to ensure **agility and reliability** of information. * Perform data processing and validation (quality, consistency, reconciliations). * Support budget closing and monitoring, **forecasting, and variance analysis**. * Contribute insights to improve processes and data governance. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU (COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS) * Currently enrolled in **Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Statistics**, or related fields. * Strong analytical foundation and interest in **controlling, finance, and KPIs**. * Proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets** (pivot tables, formulas, data organization). * Familiarity with **Power BI**. * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. * Clear communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
