Job Summary: Controllership internship to support results analysis, build dashboards, automate routines, and contribute insights for process improvement, with a focus on BI and data. Collaborative environment with room for technical growth Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support Controllership in analyzing results, costs, revenues, and performance. Build and maintain managerial dashboards and reports focused on KPIs. Automate data monitoring routines to ensure agility and reliability of information. Perform data cleansing and validation (quality, consistency, reconciliations). Support budget closing, forecasting, and variance analysis. Contribute insights for process improvement and data governance. What We’re Looking For (Competencies and Requirements): Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Solid analytical foundation and interest in controllership, finance, and KPIs. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data organization). Familiarity with Power BI. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving attitude. Clear communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
