Focus on learning and development **About the company** Kosloski Metalworking Shop manufactures and installs high-quality metal structures: gates, grilles, window frames, and handrails for residential and commercial clients in Itapema and surrounding areas. We are a serious company with an organized environment and strong growth momentum. **Your responsibilities** * Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of metal parts * Sort and organize materials before dispatch to construction sites * Support on-site installation: fixation, finishing, and cleanup * Maintain tools, PPE, and work area in order * Comply with occupational safety regulations **Requirements** * Completed elementary education * Willingness to learn and work * Responsibility and punctuality * No advanced technical experience required **Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2.000,00 * Attendance Bonus: R$ 300,00/month (for those with no absences or tardiness) * Vacation and 13th-month salary as per CLT legislation * Salary review after probationary period * Real growth opportunity: assistant → journeyman → qualified metalworker **About the position** You don’t need to be an expert—just eager to work and learn.
