Results-oriented focus and managerial support **Job Mission** **Ensure technical department efficiency, organization, and quality by leading the team, guaranteeing SLA compliance, and ensuring all machines operate according to company standards.** **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** **1\. Technical Team Coordination** * Assign and organize work routines. * Monitor productivity and correct deviations. * Ensure SLA compliance. * Validate records in the ERP system. **2\. Technical Operational Management** * Monitor downtime and recurrence of machine failures. * Track machine preparation. * Ensure maintenance and cleaning standards. * Manage technical inventory, spare parts, and supplies. **3\. Asset Control** * Conduct full monthly inventory. * Ensure traceability of machines, parts, and components. * Control movements (receipts, dispatches, and transfers). **4\. Technical Quality and Performance** * Perform preventive maintenance within scheduled cycles. * Reduce technical rework. * Take proactive measures to prevent churn. * Maintain operational technical standards (SOP).**5\. Support to Unit Manager** * Report unit's technical status. * Flag requirements for spare parts and supplies. * Support team training and development. Handle critical service requests. **5\. Compensation** **Average Compensation** **Fixed monthly total: R$ 3.354,10** **Variable component: Up to R$ 1.350,00** **Average monthly total: R$ 4.200,00 (High performance: up to R$ 4.700,00)** **7\.
