You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices, identifying improvements, and helping maintain the high standard of our products. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and inspect environmental cleanliness and compliance with good manufacturing practices and safety rules; * Collect samples for analysis; * Monitor and record control data during the production process; * Verify calibration and proper functioning of production equipment; * Inspect packaging, labeling, and storage processes; * Record non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions; * Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs); * Assist in developing training materials and training staff; * Monitor sector-specific regulations (MAPA/ANVISA). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical course in Food Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Prior experience in these activities; * Availability for on-site work in Mandaguari/PR; * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:45 PM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM; * Prior experience in food industries will be considered an advantage.
