




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and organizing inventory, inspecting materials, recording incoming and outgoing items, and collaborating with the team to ensure operational efficiency. Interdepartmental collaboration **Key Responsibilities** * Verify invoices against purchase orders, checking quantities, quality, and product specifications upon receipt. * Store materials in a manner that preserves their physical integrity and facilitates location and handling. * Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing items, prepare monthly inventories, and request material replenishment as needed. * Fulfill Requests: Provide requested materials and parts to internal users, ensuring timely fulfillment of demands. * Assist in requesting quotations and tracking purchase orders. * Communicate with suppliers to clarify questions. * Collaborate with other departments to identify purchasing needs. * Prepare periodic reports on purchase status. * Organize and control inventory. * Receive, inspect, and store products. * Work with the plant manager to ensure efficient company operations, guaranteeing resource availability and precise, efficient demand fulfillment. **Requirements** * **Education**: Completed high school; technical courses in Logistics or related fields are a plus. * **Experience**: Prior experience in warehouse or inventory control is essential. * **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
