Warehouse Clerk – Construction Company and Real Estate Developer – Londrina/PR – \#1123 **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to work on a construction site in Londrina/PR. This person will be responsible for managing the site’s warehouse, controlling materials, organizing inventory, and supporting logistics routines—ensuring supplies arrive correctly at the site and that information remains updated in internal systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute warehouse routines for the construction site, following internal logistics standards and inventory control procedures. * Organize and oversee material counts and inventories whenever necessary. * Receive products and materials dispatched by the Procurement department, perform physical and documentary verification (invoice), and record information for the site’s administrative supervisor. * Organize material distribution to the construction site: receive internal requisitions, prepare and deliver items, and update stock levels in the operational system. * Execute supplier material receipt processes, control and organize stored materials, and ensure proper allocation to work fronts. * Support procurement decision-making by identifying material needs and potential shortages for the responsible team. **Mandatory Requirements** * Reside in Londrina/PR. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics (or related fields). * Solid experience (minimum 2–3 years) in warehouse operations and material inventory control. * Field or construction-site experience is a strong advantage. * Basic computer skills, with emphasis on Excel for tracking and recordkeeping. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in large-scale residential construction warehouse operations (mid- or high-end projects). * Familiarity with the Sienge system or similar construction management software. * Strong ability to analyze material consumption patterns to support purchasing and replenishment decisions. **Job Conditions** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract). * Work model: On-site, at the construction site. * Location: Londrina/PR. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break. * Salary range: BRL 2,500.00, negotiable up to BRL 3,500.00 depending on experience and profile fit. * Benefits: Meal voucher or food allowance (BRL 1,030.00\), transportation voucher or fuel card (BRL 240.00\), life insurance, birthday day off, Gympass (up to 3 dependents), and a 2.5% discount on properties developed by the company. **How to Apply** If you have warehouse experience, enjoy organizing inventory, controlling materials, and working in a construction-site environment—and if this opportunity resonates with you—apply via this job posting.
