The professional will be responsible for managing the group's image with media outlets, transforming its stories into relevant news and enhancing its visibility in earned media. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * **Media Relations:** Establishing and nurturing strategic contacts with journalists, editors, reporters, bloggers, and influencers across various segments (online, TV, radio, print). * **Content Production:** Writing and distributing communication materials such as press releases, official statements, story pitch suggestions, and opinion articles. * **Crisis Management:** Proactively preventing and managing image-related crises. * **Monitoring and Analysis:** Tracking media coverage (*clipping*), analyzing results, and preparing performance reports for press activities. * **Spokesperson Preparation:** Guiding and training clients for interviews, media trainings, and public appearances, ensuring effective communication aligned with strategy. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. * Proven prior experience in media advisory, communications agencies, or editorial work. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with mastery of the Portuguese language. * Knowledge of how media outlets operate and familiarity with the media industry. * Ability to build and maintain a solid networking relationship with media professionals. * Analytical capability to identify story opportunities and news trends. * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing, or related areas. * Familiarity with media monitoring tools.
