Collaborating to optimize processes and reduce unplanned downtime #### **About the role:** The maintenance department plays a highly strategic role in ensuring smooth operations across Group units, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. Professionals with experience in retail, industrial, refrigeration, building maintenance, and maintenance performance indicator management are preferred. The Electromechanical Technician I will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of electrical and mechanical equipment by performing maintenance that guarantees continuity of production processes and facility safety. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Address electrical and mechanical equipment requirements in operational processes. * Comply with regulatory norms applicable to the position, ensuring operational safety and compliance. * Execute established maintenance plans to meet plant needs, including preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection routes, improvements, projects, and retrofits of electrical and mechanical equipment. * Adhere to weekly scheduling, meeting planning adherence and maintenance performance indicators. * Identify and report equipment failures or improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and reduce unplanned downtime. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Electromechanics. * Knowledge and experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of electromechanical equipment. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Familiarity with applicable safety standards and regulations. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Quick analytical thinking for problem resolution. * Organizational skills and discipline to follow routines and procedures. * Flexibility to work across different shifts and varying demands. * Prior experience in this role, especially within retail, industrial, refrigeration, or building maintenance sectors. * Knowledge of maintenance performance indicator management. #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutritionist coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work schedule and hours:** * 5x2 work schedule
