Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the warehouse yard, performing loading/unloading, goods verification, material organization, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Loading and unloading of various materials 2. Verification of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and accuracy 3. Warehouse organization and inventory control, including physical inventory **Job Opening: Warehouse Yard Supervisor** **Preferred Qualification:** **· Experience operating overhead cranes and hoists** **Responsibilities:** Load and unload materials (e.g., hardware, roofing tiles, pipes, etc.). Verify incoming and outgoing products to ensure correct items, good condition, and compliance with purchase orders. Organize the yard warehouse, ensuring materials are properly labeled and easily accessible. Manage inventory, reporting shortages, conducting stock counts, requesting replenishment, and preparing budget estimates.
