Job Summary: The professional will monitor and support packaging development, analyze performance indicators, and develop improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Work on the development of new packaging and continuous improvement. 2. Monitor performance indicators and customer complaints. 3. Develop investment projects for line and machine improvements. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related field; knowledge of quality methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and SPC (Statistical Process Control); prior experience in the area. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and provide technical support during the development process of new packaging; analyze and monitor performance indicators for their market group; develop improvement projects for their market group; monitor and analyze non-conformance report (NCR) pending items and customer complaints; ensure appropriate customer feedback on complaints; develop investment projects for improvements to the company's production lines and machines.
