Maintain products orderly and front-facing on counters and islands. Check product expiration dates. Defrost and keep counters clean. Label refrigerated shelves and counters with pricing, replacing labels as needed. Slice cold cuts according to technical specifications and weigh products. Restock products at appropriate times, monitor expiration dates, and proactively inform the stocking supervisor. Perform assigned inventory operations. Assist in storage and organization of received products. Portion products. Contribute to the organization and cleaning of the cold room. Participate in initiatives to boost sector sales.
