Requires strong communication skills, organization, and resilience We are looking for an SDR to conduct lead prospecting and qualification, generating sales opportunities for the commercial team. **Responsibilities:** * Active prospecting (phone, e\-mail, and LinkedIn) * Qualification of inbound and outbound leads * Scheduling meetings for the sales team * CRM updates * Tracking goals and KPIs **Requirements:** * Experience in prospecting or sales * Strong communication and organizational skills * Resilient profile with goal orientation * CRM experience is a plus * Completed high school education; ongoing or completed higher education in related fields is preferred.
