Configure drivers and network connections. Provide external (on-site) service or remote support to customers. Education: High School\\Technical degree in Information Technology Experience: Basic networking knowledge, familiarity with printers, and remote support experience. Technical, vocational, or higher education degree. Job Requirements: Ability to work in a team, dynamism, initiative, flexibility, and organizational skills.
