Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users, equipment maintenance, network and server configuration, IT infrastructure monitoring, and fault resolution. IT infrastructure monitoring and fault resolution Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users; install and maintain equipment; configure and manage networks, servers, and systems. Monitor IT infrastructure; control access and permissions; support printers and security systems; identify and resolve faults to ensure optimal operation of the company's technological resources Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields; * Knowledge of networks, servers, maintenance and technical support, email tools, and IT infrastructure.
