




Job Summary: Assist in producing sweets and savory items, ensuring quality, standardization, organization, and compliance with food hygiene regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assemble products according to company standards Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, toppings, and finishing touches (sweets and savory items); * Support kitchen production by preparing sweet and savory items, ensuring quality, standardization, organization, and adherence to food hygiene regulations. * Produce cakes, desserts, Easter eggs, as well as savory snacks, sandwiches, and other menu items; * Assemble and finish products according to company standards; * Support kitchen organization, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment and utensils; * Monitor food expiration dates, storage, and preservation; * Sort and organize orders and custom requests; * Follow technical specifications and production standards; * Assist in inventory control of ingredients; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant; * Ability to multitask; * Experience in cafés or bistros is considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of pastry and hot/cold kitchen operations.
