




Job Summary: Provide support to the Quality Management System, represent the hospital before certification bodies, monitor incidents, risks, and indicators, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Organizing meetings, documentation, and support for preventive/corrective actions **Responsibilities:** Provide support for Quality Management System activities, representing the hospital before certification and accreditation bodies. Responsible for monitoring incidents, risks, and quality-related service indicators, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical and administrative processes. Organize and moderate Quality Committee meetings, maintaining updated records, minutes, and action plans. Ensure proper organization and control of institutional documentation, including procedures, protocols, and risk maps. Propose and monitor preventive and corrective actions based on internal audit results, and guide and support leaders regarding quality requirements, with a focus on ONA certification. Support the development, monitoring, and analysis of operational, tactical, and strategic indicators, aiding decision-making and strengthening the culture of quality and patient safety.
