Focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction We are seeking a **Restaurant Manager** to oversee the operations of an **industrial kitchen and large-scale food service**. The ideal candidate must demonstrate **strong leadership skills, effective communication, and experience in team and food process management**. The role involves **developing menus**, proposing **display and sales strategies**, **inspecting products and processes** in accordance with quality standards and food safety regulations, as well as **training and supervising staff**, ensuring **standardization, operational efficiency, and excellence in customer service**. **Responsibilities:** * Manage restaurant and industrial kitchen operations; * Supervise and train staff; * Ensure food quality and compliance with sanitary regulations; * Develop menus and control costs and supplies; * Plan initiatives to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Culinary Arts** or related fields; * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in this role; * Valid driver's license (categories AB) and personal vehicle; * Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (08:00 to 16:30\). **Desired Competencies:** * Effective communication and leadership; * Critical thinking and proactivity; * Culinary skills and production management; * Attention to food quality and safety. **Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 4\.000,00 to R$ 4\.500,00 (based on experience); * **Transportation allowance**; * **On-site meals**; * **Dental plan**; * **Partnerships with S System institutions and universities**.
