The professional will be responsible for leading operations, ensuring quality, standardization, and efficiency in food preparation. **Responsibilities** * Manage industrial kitchen and large-scale food production. * **Participate directly in food preparation and dish development**, ensuring flavor, consistency, and presentation. * Develop and update menus, proposing improvements and sales strategies. * Monitor and inspect production processes in accordance with food safety regulations. * Train, guide, and supervise kitchen and service staff. * Control costs, waste, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency. * Guarantee excellent customer service and high-quality served products. * Plan and execute actions to achieve departmental goals. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Gastronomy** or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** of relevant experience. * Proficiency in cost management, food production, food safety, and culinary preparation. * Strong customer service and team leadership skills. * Good communication, proactivity, and critical thinking. * Flexible availability. **Benefits** * Salary of **R$ 4.000,00 to R$ 4.500,00** (based on experience). * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Dental plan. * Partnerships with Sistema S and universities. **Schedule** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
