Fixed working hours with weekly days off ITALIAN RESTAURANT HIRING KITCHEN ASSISTANT: Responsibilities \- Perform ingredient preparation, sanitation, organization, and food production across various kitchen sections; wash, peel, cut, and grate food items under the chef's supervision. · Preparation of dishes and portions · Portioning of products · Ingredient preparation · Check inventory shortages and request replenishment from responsible personnel · Maintain a clean and organized workplace · Wear uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) · Comply with internal regulations Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM \- Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 1-hour daily break with meals provided on-site o Day off every Monday and +1 Sunday per month Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.980,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
