Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for dispensing chemotherapy, managing pharmaceutical inventory, assisting in compounding, and verifying prescriptions and labels, ensuring proper organization and material flow. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility in chemotherapy dispensing and inventory management. 2. Direct assistance to the pharmacist in compounding processes. 3. Rigorous verification of prescriptions and labels for patient safety. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Receive and verify billing authorization and medical records in the protocol logbook 2\. Dispense Unit Dose Chemotherapy (UDCT) after verifying the medical prescription and deliver it to the requesting unit 3\. Place orders with the Central Pharmacy (CAF) and the Warehouse to meet internal department needs 4\. Receive products delivered by the CAF and store medications, infusions, and other materials in a designated storage room or directly in the hygiene room, as required 5\. Notify the department supervisor of any non-conformities in received orders, including shortages, pending items, or any other issues related to medication stock quantity (physical or system-based) 6\. Periodically check medication expiration dates and, when nearing expiry, report quantity, batch number, and expiration date to the supervisor; label medication boxes using the specified legend 7\. Reconcile physical inventory with system records to process returns due to excess compounding or write-offs, if necessary 8\. Sort and record medications and materials to be used in compounding 9\. Assemble spill and extravasation kits 10\. Assist the pharmacist in compounding 11\. Verify prescriptions and labels after pharmacist approval 12\. Print prescriptions for inpatients and deliver them to the respective departments. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:** Completed High School Education **PREFERRED:** Incomplete Higher Education – Pharmacy program **ADDITIONAL ASSET:** Experience in compounding pharmacies **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturday or Sunday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,057.59 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
