Respond to and log incident tickets, perform triage, diagnosis, and resolution within SLA; guide customers on HR Department routines, system configurations, calculations, and month-end closing procedures; support eSocial-related tasks (configurations, validations, inconsistency resolution, and reconciliations); investigate and reproduce errors; support version and update testing; develop knowledge base articles; collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Development teams to ensure high-quality support. **REQUIREMENTS** Completed undergraduate degree Minimum 3 years’ experience providing support for management systems/ERP or HR/HR Department software Practical knowledge of payroll processing and HR Department routines Familiarity with eSocial (events, validations, deadlines) Basic understanding of electronic time tracking and its impact on payroll Strong written communication skills and analytical ability **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in the public sector (municipalities/agencies) * Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and interpretation of return files * Basic SQL knowledge * Experience with Service Desk/ITSM tools * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation as applied to payroll **PROFILE** Analytical, organized professional with strong sense of priority, effective communication skills, empathy in customer interactions, accountability for deadlines, and a proactive attitude toward proposing improvements.
