Job Summary: Organize and guide employees in construction execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, with quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Employee performance development and monitoring * Organize and guide employees under direct supervision across various construction execution tasks to ensure project development proceeds on schedule, within budget, with quality and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise on-site employee activities. * Monitor construction productivity standards, including inspection of service and material quality according to the quality management system. * Instruct general helpers or laborers on optimal work methods and waste prevention. * Assign tasks to employees based on individual specifications to achieve maximum efficiency in construction execution. * Arrange cleaning, repair, maintenance, and/or replacement of small tools and equipment as needed, ensuring normal workflow and efficiency (e.g., drill, sander, core drill, etc.). * Monitor work progress and provide updates to superiors. * Manage employees to maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. * Perform other duties related to the position and/or assigned by immediate supervisor. * Train, develop, and monitor employee performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Education in Building Construction (Preferred). * Experience as a team leader. * Experience on construction sites performing skilled trades. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Health Plan + Totalpass + Dental Plan * Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company delivering real impact in people's lives.** Over 55 years later, we take pride in what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our story.
