Adherence to hygiene and food safety standards Job Description – Kitchen Assistant We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to support daily kitchen activities, ensuring organization, hygiene, and appropriate food preparation in accordance with established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (cutting, sanitation, and portioning); * Support the cook in daily kitchen routines; * Clean and organize the workspace, utensils, and equipment; * Wash dishes, pots, and utensils; * Follow hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards; * Assist in food inventory control and storage. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Agility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team; * Commitment and responsibility Employment Type: Part-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.850,00 \- R$2.360,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen experience (preferred) Work Location: On-site
