Values proactivity, organization, and teamwork HOTEL SUMATRA is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support kitchen pre\-preparation, production, and cleaning, ensuring quality, hygiene, and service efficiency. Main Responsibilities: * Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients; * Assist with mise en place and maintain well-stocked workstations; * Support plating and finalizing dishes under supervision; * Wash utensils and cookware, and maintain kitchen cleanliness; * Inspect and store goods, checking expiration dates and labeling; * Follow food hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant is preferred but candidates at the beginning of their careers are also welcome; * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene (Good Manufacturing Practices/HACCP); * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork.
