If you, like our brand, believe that equity fosters development—and if you want to promote better living conditions for atypical individuals in a welcoming environment that values human dignity—this is the right place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Perform cleaning and organization of designated areas, following established procedures and schedules;** * **Use cleaning equipment and products appropriately to ensure effectiveness and safety;** * **Dispose of waste properly, complying with environmental regulations and standards;** * **Identify specific cleaning needs and report any issues or damages;** * **Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance;** * **Collect items or waste left behind or forgotten by clients or staff in rooms or common areas, and deliver them to the playroom or reception;** * **Maintain cleaning supplies, monitor inventory levels, and request replenishment when necessary;** * **Respond to internal communication requests (e.g., chat);** * **Support kitchen services for meetings.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * *Education*: Courses and training in cleaning / occupational safety * *Experience*: Experience in cleaning clinics or healthcare facilities. * Knowledge of cleaning techniques and appropriate cleaning products; * Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning equipment; * Basic knowledge of environmental regulations related to waste disposal. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Dental Assistance (Uniodonto); * Sesc Membership; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Opportunity to work for a growing company offering learning and professional development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for internal career advancement.
