We offer an internal program of individual conversations and guidance meetings between employees and leaders, strengthening communication, encouraging professional growth, and recognizing those who make a difference daily. **Main Responsibilities** **Shipping** · Verify the quantity and condition of shipped and received materials; · Sort, identify, and label goods according to destination; · Organize and store materials in the shipping area, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment; · Assist in preparing orders for shipment. **Forklift Operation** · Operate forklifts to move, store, and replenish materials; · Safely load and unload trucks; · Distribute loads correctly, respecting weight limits and transportation guidelines; · Support load lashing, strapping, and preparation for shipping; · Maintain the forklift in good condition and report any maintenance needs; · Communicate with the team, drivers, and other departments during logistics operations. **Requirements** · Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations; · Valid and up-to-date Forklift Operator certification, with proven hands-on experience; · Availability for truck loading and unloading activities; · Flexibility regarding working hours; · Organization, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team. **Working Hours** · Monday to Friday; · 8-hour shift. **Compensation and Benefits** · **Salary:** R$ 2\.387,26; · Meal allowance; · Transportation allowance; · Production bonus; · Overtime pay.
