Culture of continuous improvement and quality appreciation **Position: Junior Hardware Analyst – Technical Bench** Internal Role – Technical Operations Ali Sat Fleet Management, headquartered in Sapucaia do Sul/RS **About the Position** We are seeking a professional to perform preparation, configuration, and validation of tracking and video telematics equipment on the bench, ensuring technical standards, organization, and quality prior to field deployment. This position is strategic for operations, directly impacting fault reduction, field equipment performance, and technical team efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Equipment sorting according to operational demand * Configuration of trackers, cameras, SIM cards, and peripherals * Conducting bench tests to validate functionality * Preparing equipment for field deployment * Supporting validation and homologation of new devices * Providing internal technical team support and assistance (operational queries) * Organizing and managing equipment and technical inventory * Recording information in systems and spreadsheets **Candidate Profile** * Operational organization and discipline * Commitment to technical standards and quality * Proactivity in daily tasks * Technical curiosity and willingness to learn * Ability to follow processes and standards * Professional conduct with team members and leadership * Attention to detail **Technical Requirements** Basic knowledge of hardware (computers, electronics, or similar) Proficiency in technical processes and routines Interest in developing a career in the hardware field **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with vehicle tracking systems * Knowledge of automotive electrical systems * Experience in telecom or connectivity (SIM cards, signal) * Experience with technical testing or bench work * Experience in technology or fleet management companies **What We Value** At Ali Sat, the hardware analyst is not merely an operational role.
