Job Summary: Operate plastic injection molding machines to ensure proper equipment operation and product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate injection molding machines and feed raw materials 2. Perform visual inspection and organize produced parts 3. Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S) Operate plastic injection molding machines to ensure proper equipment operation, product quality, and achievement of production targets, in compliance with company safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate injection molding machines according to instructions and technical sheets * Feed raw materials into the machine * Conduct visual inspection of produced parts * Identify and report non-conformities or process failures * Sort, package, and organize produced parts * Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S) * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred) * Prior experience in this role is an advantage * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment * Availability to work rotating shifts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in the plastic industry * Basic knowledge of plastic injection processes Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$1.668,57 - R$2.439,35 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
