Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for approaching and serving customers, organizing the sales environment, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. Team collaboration to achieve sales targets Main Responsibilities: * **Customer Approach:** Greet and welcome customers, assist with try-ons, conduct needs assessment, propose complete outfit combinations, offer add-on products, and accompany customers to the checkout. * **Store Organization:** Contribute to the organization and cleanliness of the sales area, including maintaining product displays and visual merchandising. * **Target Achievement:** Work toward achieving the company's established sales targets, as well as financial product goals and performance indicators. * **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with other store team members. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
