Organize and manage the management team’s schedule and technical departments’ appointments. Classify, organize, archive, distribute, and dispatch mailbags, documents, correspondence, materials, and other items. Assist in drafting correspondence, texts, and documents for the department, subject to prior approval and compliance with established standards. Support data and information collection and maintenance within the department, following predefined processes and routines. Participate in developing, executing, monitoring, and updating departmental processes. Assist in managing inventory of departmental materials.
