Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for external service calls and internal support, specializing in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of computers, laptops, and printers. Key Highlights: 1. External support for individual and corporate clients 2. Internal support when necessary 3. Experience in computer diagnostics and maintenance We need a technician who can perform external service calls for our individual and corporate clients, while also providing internal support whenever required. Requirements: \- Driver's license category A; \- Experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing computers, laptops, and printers; \- Experience with networking equipment, cabling, and crimping; \- Proficiency in formatting and backup, Windows operating system, Microsoft Office suite, and software installation; \- Experience with CCTV and IP telephony is a plus; \- Ethical conduct, proactivity, strong communication skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn. . Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM\. Alternate Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. Employment Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Experience: * Information Technology (Mandatory)
