We are proud of this and view it as a true source of strength to build high-performing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports in Power BI or other tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. * You will serve as the primary liaison between the operations team and the systems team. * You will translate operational needs into requirement specifications, create tickets for implementation of these specifications, track ticket progress, and perform acceptance/validation testing for requested deliverables—whether reports, system customizations, or bug fixes. * You will ensure the quality and integrity of master and transactional data. * You will support the operations area with information for operational control and decision-making, as well as provide performance indicators (KPIs), data, and insights derived from your analysis. * You will act as the functional reference for the WMS and TMS systems, supporting users in daily operations. * You will conduct operational performance analyses based on data (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory, etc.). * You will support the implementation of new functionalities and improvements in WMS, TMS, and WCS. * You will conduct training sessions and document operational and system procedures. * You will analyze WMS incidents and inconsistencies and, if necessary, escalate them to the responsible system team (WMS, TMS, WCS, or others). **Who We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, Automation, Logistics, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI (data modeling and dashboard creation). * Experience with WMS systems (Manhattan, SAP, or similar) and knowledge of logistics processes and operational KPIs. * Advanced programming skills (SQL, Python). * **Soft Skills** – Analytical and critical thinking profile, demonstrating ability to design KPIs and analyze trends, with experience handling diverse data sources.
