**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
* Generalist experience in Human Resources;
* Experience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Climate, Benefits, and HR operational support activities;
* **Experience managing multiple projects or serving different units/clients**;
* Profile: Analytical ability and process-oriented mindset; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide consultative support to clients, covering all HR subsystems comprehensively;
* Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes;
* Support the structuring and improvement of internal HR processes;
* Develop and implement Training & Development initiatives;
* Support Performance Evaluation cycles and Organizational Climate surveys;
* Manage and monitor Benefits administration;
* Prepare reports, opinions, and area-specific metrics;
* Manage multiple projects and concurrent requests while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Education:

* R&S, T&D, Performance Evaluation, Climate/Culture, Benefits, and others (Mandatory)
* Structuring and/or restructuring of HR processes (Mandatory)
* Multiple projects across different units/clients (Mandatory)
* Analytical, process-oriented, and emotionally mature profile (Mandatory)
* Consultative client-facing service (Mandatory)
* Leading, supporting, developing, and structuring HR processes (Mandatory)
