




Job Summary: This position involves assisting with customer service tasks, including front desk operations, bars, restaurants, and administrative support in the hospitality industry. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service support across various hotel departments 2. Administrative support and inventory control 3. Assistance in room inspection and organization * Assist with customer service tasks (front desk, bars and restaurants, housekeeping); * Handle telephone inquiries and relay information to internal and external stakeholders; * Provide hotel-related information to guests; * Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes; * Support mail flow to assigned departments; * Assist in inspecting, organizing, and cleaning guest rooms (UHs); * Assist in restocking supplies in assigned departments; * Conduct material counts and identify potential damages; * Monitor adherence to departmental activity schedules; * Prepare and/or update Excel control spreadsheets; * Prepare reports for the assigned department; * Assist in inventory control and stocktaking for the assigned department; * Assist in requisitioning materials from the warehouse; * Assist in inspecting internal and external areas, identifying damaged items, and reporting such issues to the maintenance department; Perform administrative support tasks for assigned departments. Availability for morning and afternoon shifts.
