We support those who wish to grow with us—responsibly, creatively, and passionately. **If this describes you, come build the future with us.** **Job Mission:** Responsible for supporting airports on matters related to indicators (KPIs) and airport operations (ramp, terminal buildings, operational systems, fire-fighting services and equipment), advising on products, procedures, and regulations to ensure full operational functionality across network units. **Responsibilities:** * Support updating the ANB product and service catalog for dissemination to airports; * Supervise implementation of regulations and operational procedures on airside and landside. * Supervise, with managerial support, application of safety manuals on the platform and in the terminal building. * Perform material supply-related activities—including analyzing requirements, controlling inventory levels, managing material inflows and outflows, and scheduling purchases—to meet headquarters’ needs; * Maintain continuous contact with operational area managers of subordinate airports to monitor their performance and escalate major operational issues to superiors; support the Operations Manager on traffic and safety-related matters; * Assist in developing rescue operation manuals and fire-fighting activities, ensuring compliance with established emergency procedures for aircraft and other incidents, while maintaining team discipline and professional appearance. * Monitor compliance with operational and billing regulations governing cargo operations; * Execute activities related to developing the Emergency Plan—including reviewing operational documentation, keeping it updated, participating in training, and ensuring adherence to its procedures; * Collect, model, analyze, and interpret statistical data to support strategic decisions and monitor operational process performance—contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and excellence in customer (internal and external) experience. * Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities. * Assist the coordinator in managing departmental costs, materials, and budgets. * Create robust dashboards and KPIs for productivity, quality, capacity, and strategic objectives for business control. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in management-related fields; * Knowledge of airport operations; * PL\-100, PL\-300, and PL\-400 (desirable); * Power Platform Developer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, and Power Platform App Maker Associate (desirable); ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Excel, Power BI, Power Apps ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Profit Sharing (PLR), Childcare Assistance, Private Pension, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Recife Corporate
