An environment conducive to professional growth and development **About the Role** We are looking for a generalist HR Analyst who is organized, results-oriented, and capable of strategically and operationally supporting people management processes to drive Piper Protege’s growth and HR department structuring. **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in HR (generalist or with focus on RS) * Basic knowledge of labor legislation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) * Strong communication and organizational skills **Responsibilities** * Manage HR subsystems: recruitment and selection, training and development, organizational climate, and internal marketing * Conduct selection processes (operational, commercial, and administrative) * Support new employee onboarding * Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire) * Support performance management and employee development * Plan and execute employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives * Support leaders in team management and conflict resolution * Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR best practices * Liaise with the personnel department (payroll, attendance, benefits) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in service-oriented companies (e.g., call centers, sales, vehicle protection) * Familiarity with HR metrics * Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Gupy, Sólides, LinkedIn) * Experience implementing culture and engagement initiatives **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Organization and discipline * Clear and empathetic communication * Analytical ability * Results orientation * Interpersonal relationship skills **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food voucher, etc.) * An environment conducive to professional growth and development * Active participation in structuring the HR department
