In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: Programming Educator / Young Apprentice Program Educator Hard Skills * Basic IT (Hardware, software, networks, preventive and corrective maintenance) * Product management (OKRs, Agile methodologies, basic software engineering concepts) * Front-end (HTML, CSS and frameworks, JavaScript, ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, TypeScript) * Back-end (Java, relational and non-relational databases, containerization and orchestration, CI/CD, microservices) * UX/UI Design (UX Design, UX research, branding, design system, digital marketing) Soft Skills * Adaptability to the constantly changing behavioral profiles of youth * Experience working with youth facing social vulnerability * Alignment with Marist values * Ability to plan and organize periodic assessments of youth technical and behavioral competencies * Experience in employability **Requirements** -------------- At Marist, we seek individuals who believe in the power of transformation through education.
