Inbramed, the leading manufacturer of ergometric equipment, is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our Technical Assistance team. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Serving customers (by phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail) with excellence and empathy. * Carrying out complete technical assistance protocols: opening, tracking, filling out, and closing service orders (SOs). * Issuing service invoices. * Sending proposals. * Monitoring the entry, exit, and status of technical assistance provided for medical/ergometric equipment. * Providing administrative support to the technical team and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Contributing to maintaining Inbramed’s high quality standard in the domestic market. Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience in customer service. * Experience in technical assistance protocols or in filling out/managing service orders in technical assistance (electronics, medical equipment, or similar). Preferred Qualifications: * Strong written communication skills. * Experience issuing service invoices. * Residing in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area.
