Innovative profile capable of transforming technical research into tangible gains. An automotive company located in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre is seeking an Assembly Process Analyst. The Assembly Process Analyst is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining Viemar product assembly processes, ensuring safety, repeatability, efficiency, and quality. This role combines analytical and practical approaches, integrating methods, fixtures, automation, and data to enhance factory performance and reduce transformation costs. We seek a professional with an innovative and investigative mindset, capable of researching, testing, and implementing new technologies, tools, and methods that elevate the technical and productive performance of assembly. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Research, evaluate, and propose new technologies to advance production processes; * Develop processes for new products and manufacturing applications; * Develop, review, and validate manufacturing methods; * Define and validate process solutions, fixtures, and tools; * Lead high-impact technical and operational improvement analyses and projects; * Assess technical feasibility of process changes, automation, and evolution; * Monitor and validate team technical standards and documentation; * Promote technical training and standardization among technicians and analysts; * Analyze flow performance (OEE), focusing on root cause analysis and action plans; * Research and validate new assembly technologies; * Conduct time studies, line balancing, and ergonomic improvements; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected Deliverables:** * Robust, evolutionary, and technologically up-to-date production processes with consolidated methods; * Stable, standardized, and documented processes; * Increased productivity and operational efficiency; * Production autonomy through clear and updated standards; * Integration with automation/digitalization within the scope of assembly; * Dissemination of technical knowledge through reports and revised standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields); * Six Sigma certification; * Experience in industrial assembly processes; * Proficiency in Solidworks (2D/3D); * Knowledge of TOC, TPS, FMEA, OEE, Capability, MASP, TOC, Yamazumi, NRs 12 and 17; * Experience with automation, robotics, or cell integration is a plus; * Innovative profile capable of transforming technical research into tangible shop-floor gains. **Expected Profile/Behavior:** * Analytical and experimental thinking; * Ability to read and analyze process data (Power BI, Excel, Python, Minitab); * Interest in new technologies and smart manufacturing solutions; * Autonomy, curiosity, and focus on concrete technical results; * Adaptability; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Teamwork capability; * Ownership mindset and accountability for the process. **Additional Information** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:03 PM.** **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Medical assistance (Unimed); * Dental assistance. #### **A FORCE IN MOTION** #### **The largest Latin American manufacturer of suspension, steering, and braking components for light vehicles.** #### **Our focus is on improving our performance by pursuing operational excellence, competitiveness, profitability, and high performance—through safety, quality, improvement, and process innovation—supported by an agile and structured methodology.** #### **To achieve these objectives—with our customers as our primary focus—our people have developed the Viemar Way of Being, grounded in our strong core values.** #### **We believe our greatest asset is our people.
