The candidate will conduct technical site visits at condominiums, perform field surveys, draft sketches, produce technical documentation, and provide support in developing executive projects. We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work both externally and in the office, contributing to the quality and efficiency of team deliverables. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct technical site visits at condominiums and developments. * Perform field surveys to support project design. * Collect information from building managers, property management companies, clients, and construction teams. * Draft sketches and conduct surveys of existing buildings. * Assist in project development using AutoCAD. * Prepare equipment lists, including cameras, cables, and other materials. * Produce technical reports and photographic records of site visits. * Conduct inspections during construction and after project completion. * Monitor and verify on-site execution of projects. * Support the engineering team in updating projects, descriptive memoranda, and other technical documents. * Organize and maintain up-to-date project files and technical information. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Construction, Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. * Proactivity and interest in continuous learning. * Availability for travel and conducting technical site visits. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom, remote concierge, or electronic security systems projects. * Knowledge of technical building surveys. * Familiarity with structured cabling and electrical infrastructure. * Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Desired Competencies** * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to interact effectively with clients and partners. * Organization and planning skills. * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Commitment and accountability. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Teamwork skills. * Interest in professional development and continuous learning. ***Career Progression*** The candidate will begin by accompanying the Engineering Manager on technical site visits, field surveys, and project development, receiving hands-on training and team support. As experience and familiarity with company processes grow, the candidate will gradually assume greater autonomy in conducting technical surveys, drafting projects, inspecting construction works, and performing other engineering-related tasks, thereby contributing increasingly strategically to the quality and efficiency of deliverables. **Job Details:** * Salary: R$2000.00 * Meal allowance: R$33.00 per working day * Transportation allowance (as needed) or ⛽ Fuel allowance: R$10.00 per working day Work schedule: 5x2 \- Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
